Our automated undercarriage spray systems consist of a control system, an industrial-grade manifold of
stainless steel pipe and wide-angle wash nozzles connected to either a dedicated pump or another
pressure pump. The length of the manifold, flow rate, pressure and number of nozzles can all be
customized to your wash operation and set-up.
The wash manifold is normally installed in recessed trenches at the entrance to the concrete wash bay. If
trenches are not feasible, the manifold can be installed above ground within steel ramps (see picture
below).
Drivers will drive over the manifold, stop the vehicle, and then activate the spray system for a specified
amount of time with a remote push button start.
The undercarriage washes can be customized to be totally integrated into an existing pressure washing
system and wash water treatment system.
