Environmental Health & Safety Database

EH & S Records will help you maintain all of your environmental data in one easy-to-use database. Contacts, procedures and MSDS can be accessed with a click of a mouse. No longer will you have to rifle through your file cabinets to find your discharge permit when the state inspectors show up.

EH & S Records is easy to set up and maintain. Each site is password protected with state-of-the-art security. The site has six main sections: Alerts, ES&H Contacts, Plans, Permits & Policies, Safety Records, Environmental Records and Procedures.

And, since it is internet-based, you can access everything you need 24/7 from any computer from anywhere in the world!

Alerts - The Alerts page comes up on the screen when you log in. This page will let you know when an event is coming up - whether it be a document review, mandated testing, or maintenance event. It is color-coded so that it tells you that something is past due. An internal email program also sends out messages of upcoming events.

EH & S Contacts – On the main contact page, you can click the type of contact information you need and it will give you a complete list.

Plans, Permits & Policies - This page is the main document page including the initial document date and a required review date, if applicable. If any document (including Safety Guides, Environmental Policies, Discharge Permits, etc.) is updated, the new document can be inserted and the program keeps the old one for historical purposes.

Safety Records - This page shows a list of all of the Safety Records. You can click the type of record you need and it will show you all of the available records by date or type in a .pdf format. New documents can be inserted at any time.

Environmental Records - This page shows a list of all of the Environmental Records, such as waste manifests or testing results. You can click the type of record you need and it will show you all of the available records. New documents can be inserted at any time. The program either keeps the old ones for historical purposes or deletes them.

Procedures - On the Procedures page, you can click the type of procedure you need (emergency, safety, washing, disposal, etc.) and it will show it to you in a .pdf format.
