<p>      The easiest way to eliminate any local or EPA environmental concerns is to treat your wash water.  The VSD system will remove sufficient oils, greases and solids to meet the discharge limits for acceptable discharging into the sanitary sewer system. The VSD systems are designed for washing cars, trucks, buses, equipment and other vehicles with sand, dirt, oil, and other commercial/industrial surface layers.</p>

<p style="font-size: 15px;">How Does the Re-Cyke® VR System  Work?</p>
<p>The Re-Cyke® VR Recycling System pulls the used wash water through the gravity separation system to initially remove some solids, free oils, greases, and waxes. The water is then pumped through multiple solids and polishing filters. The water’s flow is injected with ozone gas for constant bacteria destruction and odor elimination. The treated water is constantly recirculated in a storage tank and re-pressurized for reuse upon demand.</p>

<p>The RPS Series Reclaim System is for in-bay automatic car washes. Recycling wash water reduces your fresh water usage as well as eliminates EPA and local impact fees, reduces sanitary sewer costs, and water restrictions. Our RPS systems are designed for petroleum industry car washes.</p>
<p style="font-size:15px;">How Does the RPS System Work?</p>
<p>The RPS Series reclaim system pumps water through automated filters and an ozone injector system to clean and disinfect the water.  The cleaned water is stored and constantly re-circulated to remain odor-free for delivery to the car wash upon demand.  Filters automatically purge solids to eliminate the need for manual cleaning.  The system requires minimal periodic maintenance.  It is ideal for retrofitting existing car washes as a turnkey package with compact water storage tanks installed along the wash bay wall or in an adjacent room.</p>

<p>Most recycling systems can provide filtered wash-quality water. The CRS-Series systems are designed to further treat that water to remove soaps and some dissolved solids to provide water for rinsing the vehicles. This will reduce the amount of fresh water needed for the vehicle washing operation. </p>

<p style="font-size:15px;">How does the CRS Series Rinse Water System Work?</p>
<p>The CRS-Series rinse water systems are designed to provide rinse-quality water on demand from an automated or manual vehicle wash operation. When needed, the CRS filter pump draws water from the recycled wash water storage tank and pushes it through a deep-bed polishing filter to the rinse process.  A pressure switch and tank system assure constant output pressure.  The filter automatically backwashes and requires minimum maintenance.</p>
